- When they take a breath between sentences, say:
- "Let me put you in touch with the right person"
- They will immediately stop talking
- Ask them, "Would you like their contact info?"
- Try not to laugh
- Tell them they want "G McNorthsar"
- They might hear "Gene," and that's okay
- Give them this phone number: 949.731.6692
- Make sure they repeat it back
- Tell them you'll let "G" know to take your call
- Hang up and enjoy your extra free time
